Construction
A panel door has solid wooden frame (Stiles and Rails) of given thickness on its periphery and supported with suitable panel inserts in the middle.
The Basic construction of an ITP Panel door is:
- Stiles & Rails – The frame of the shutter is made using solid wood.
- Core – solid – solid wood panels are used to fill the area between the stiles and rails.
Apart from using solid wood as panel inserts, we also offer plywood inserts and Teak finger jointed board inserts to provide more economic options to our customers.
